1. Who we are

STAQEN is a technology agency operating in Morocco and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the information collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email us at visioniot655@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write about your project.

Call request ("Book a free call"): your name, phone number, email address and the language you were using on the site.

AI assistant (Nexus): the messages you type in the chat. We do not ask for your name or contact details in the chat.

Technical data: your IP address is used briefly in server memory to limit abuse (for example, too many messages in a short time). We do not store it in a database. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment details, we do not use advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your message, to call you back within 24 hours when you request a call, to answer your questions through the AI assistant, and to protect the website against spam and abuse.

We process this information because you asked us to contact you or to answer you, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We never use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Who processes it for us

Netlify (website hosting), Resend (delivers form messages to our inbox), and Groq, Google (Gemini) and OpenRouter (generate the AI assistant's replies). Each of them receives only what is needed for its task.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect data with industry-standard security.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

5. The AI assistant

Nexus is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a quote or a commitment from STAQEN.

Your chat messages are sent to the AI providers listed above to generate a reply. Please do not share passwords, financial details, health information or other sensitive data in the chat.

STAQEN does not keep a copy of your chat conversation. It disappears when you leave or reload the page. The AI providers may keep messages for a limited time under their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and call requests for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, then we delete them.

If you become a client, the records needed for our contract and for accounting are kept for as long as the law requires.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

It saves three small settings in your own browser, which never leave your device: your chosen language (staqen-lang) and light or dark mode (staqen-theme), kept until you clear them, and whether you already saw the intro animation (staqen-booted), cleared when you close the tab.

You can delete them at any time from your browser settings. The site keeps working, with the default settings.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent. Email visioniot655@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. It is free.

Depending on where you live, you also have rights under local law, such as Moroccan Law 09-08, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU GDPR. You can file a complaint with your data protection authority, for example the CNDP in Morocco.

9. Security

The website is served only over HTTPS, our service keys stay on the server, and only the STAQEN team can read the messages you send. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Important changes will be clearly highlighted.
